레고 시리어스 플레이 공인 퍼실리테이터 과정의 참여자를 모집합니다.
참여를 희망하시는 분은 신청서(Application_2014.docx)를 작성하여 per.kristiansen(at)trivium.dk로 직접 보내주시기 바랍니다.(at 대신에 @를 사용하세요)
해당 과정을 교육할 수 있는 권한을 가지고 있는 덴마크 Trivium사의 Per Kristiansen님이 pxd로 와서 직접 교육을 할 예정입니다. (전 세계에서 본 과정 교육 권한이 있는 두 명 중 한 명입니다.)

레고 시리어스 플레이는 UX/서비스 디자인에서 말하는 레고 프로토타이핑과는 아무런 관련이 없습니다.
pxd는 단지 장소만 제공할 예정이며, 모든 교육 내용에 대한 권한과 책임은 Per Kristiansen과 Trivium에 있으므로, 미리 교육 내용을 충분히 알아 보신 후, 신청하시기 바랍니다.

* 일시 : 2014년 2월 17일(월) - 2월 20일(목) (4일간 진행됨)
* 시간 : 오전 9:00 - 오후 6:00 (Day 3은 dinner time이 추가되어 밤 10:30에 종료)
* 장소 : pxd 대회의실
* 비용 : 2,500유로 (약 360만원) / 부가세 미포함이며 다음 내용을 포함하고 있습니다.
    - 워크샵 진행을 위한 LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 재료 제공
    - 퍼실리테이터 매뉴얼 및 관련 도큐먼트 제공
    - 점심 및 간단한 케이터링
    - 워크샵 이후 1시간 가량의 Personal Mentoring Call 제공

* 모든 강의는 영어로 진행됩니다.

We are offering the facilitator training in two open programs, both lasting two days: Stage 1 and Stage 2. The programs are always delivered consecutively, giving you the opportunity to complete the full certification in just four intense days. The programs are designed to train both consultants and in-house corporate staffs who want to facilitate workshops that enhance innovation and business performance.

 

Q. What is the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method?

In short, it is a method is based in robust set of theories, predominantly from these domains: Strategy, organizational behavior, systems thinking and, importantly, PLAY, learning and development. It is deeply anchored in the beliefs that

• The solution is in the system

• Everyone goes to work to do well and CAN do well

• We live in a dynamic and unpredictable world

Finally, it is a facilitated process which is truly participant-centered, and which to our experience works across all cultures.
 

Q. What is the training objectives?

OBJECTIVE 1

To experience and learn the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology and the standard applications

OBJECTIVE 2

To experience and learn the theories underpinning the methodology and the standard applications

OBJECTIVE 3

To embed the knowledge needed to effectively develop and facilitate workshops using the LEGO

SERIOUS PLAY methodology

OBJECTIVE 4

To practice designing customized applications of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology

 

Q. What do the two programs cover?

Stage 1: introduces the core process of the method, the theoretical underpinnings, and how to apply the method for team, people and relationship development. Stage 1 qualifies the participant for stage 2.

Stage 2: Builds on the learning from stage 1, it focuses on how to apply the method for business and organizational development, and on how to design unique customized workshops.

 

Day 1 (Stage 1)

Introduction of the core process, key theories and design elements (application techniques).

Day 2 (Stage 1)

Working with the Real Time Strategy for the Team application, which is a workshop designed to unlock a team's potential.

Day 3 (Stage 2)

Working with the Real Time Strategy for the Enterprise application, which is a workshop developed for strategy and business development.

The day ends with a session on how to use the core process and application techniques to develop customized workshops.

Day 4 (Stage 2)

Completion of the Real Time Strategy for the Enterprise application, followed by an interactive and co-facilitated session on customized

workshops using the LEGO Serious Play method.

 

Q. Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to make a real difference! The training is aimed at people with experience in facilitating and/or coaching. Participants are typically professional consultants and coaches, team leaders or in-house learning and development specialists,

 

Q. What are the deliverable for the facilitator (participant)?

The program is designed to provide the participant, with insights, information and experiences to develop and successfully deliver interventions and workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. The training provides the facilitator with hands-on experiences, theory, facilitation guidelines and application ideas.
